User Data Deletion Instructions

Mourad Sninou respects users' privacy rights and provides mechanisms for users to request deletion of personal data associated with our applications and services.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like us to delete any personal information that may have been collected through our applications, please submit a deletion request by contacting our support team.

Required Information

To help us identify your data and process your request efficiently, please include the following information in your email:

• Your Facebook User ID (if applicable)
• The name of the application you used
• Your device platform (Android or iOS)
• Your country or region
• Any additional information that may help us identify your records

Processing Time

Upon receiving a valid request, we will review and process the request within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

In most cases, requests will be processed within thirty (30) days.

Data Retention Exceptions

Certain information may be retained when necessary:

• To comply with legal obligations;
• To resolve disputes;
• To enforce agreements;
• To prevent fraud or abuse;
• To maintain security and integrity of services.

Facebook Login Users

If you have connected your Facebook account to one of our applications, you may also remove the application from your Facebook account settings:

1. Log in to Facebook.
2. Open Settings & Privacy.
3. Select Settings.
4. Go to Apps and Websites.
5. Select the application.
6. Click Remove.

Removing the application from Facebook prevents future data sharing between Facebook and the application.
